Regular training is imparted to our Technical Human Resources (THRs) so that they are not only conversant with the latest technologies, but also show other traits which make them stand out as thorough professionals. Our people are adaptable to new environments, as they have worked on live projects at the client site. They are co-operative and reliable and ensure timely completion of projects.
   
  Our THRs have a Total of 3000 Person years of Experience and 1000 Person years of Managerial Experience. The average span of Service is 2.6 years. 29% of BITECH staff are positioned Onsite, while 71% are offshore.
