  You evaluate the consultant during the first 7 days of work.
  If after the first 7 days, you are not completely satisfied with the BITECH consultant, you are not billed for the consultant's man-days, and BITECH will replace the consultant. If you approve of the consultant's work, he or she remains on contract.
